The festival is led by Founding President Mehmet Oflazoğlu, Festival Director Dr. Özlem Tuğçe Keleş, Festival Coordinator Dr. Bilge İpek, and Artistic Director Dr. Güler Canbulat.
The jury is chaired by academician Neşe Kaplan and includes the following members:

This year’s program brings together the latest examples of world cinema, featuring works by master filmmakers and striking productions from emerging talents. A total of 75 short films will be screened free of charge over the course of three days. In addition to the screenings, the festival offers a rich program including Q&A sessions with guest directors and actors, special screenings, and hands-on workshops.
